Google shopping shopify app, connecting a feed to merchant center

Hi all,

I'm trying to set up google shopping through the shopify app. Whilst in shopify the app tells me that all the products have been approved, and I have linked my merchant center account to shopify, however I am unable to see the products in merchant center.

Some forums have said that I need to set up a feed in merchant center for this to happen. Where can I download the shopify feed or how does this connect?

Any help is very much appreciated.

When you connect products to Google Merchant Center, make sure to wait 24 hours, Google Merchant Center is not a liver platform and requires at least 3 hours before the data is processed.

Using an app, a spreadsheet, an xml file, a data feed management tool, etc... all have to go through the same process. There is no difference with respect to what you see in Google Merchant Center, in terms of the product data.

If you continue to have issues, contact the App support team, if you have issues with Google Merchant Center, contact Google.

If you stick with the Shopify App, simply follow the steps one by one and wait 24 hours, then if you encounter issues, contact support.
