Google shopping suspension

Hi 

i know maybe it will sounds stupid 

but there is a must from google view that make me must have the in stock text(this is the only thing i can think off why my site still in suspension mode,the product showing in stock on the google shopping feed just nothing is mentioned on the site and i dont have quantity for the product like if the customer want to buy 1-2-3 or more from the same products)

Stop making new ad accounts and you won't get shut down. Fix what is wrong on your site or in your feed... based on Google's POV/opinion and you can advertise again. Making new ad accounts will just keep getting shut down.

Who said im opening new accounts?

i hope this time with adding the in stock text somehow will open the ad account cause for real i tried to make every stuff online which was offering

Buy the way there is a chance since my store speed is really low google want to reactivate the account?

(in google speed test its 10 for mobile and 42 for desktop)

If a site loads under 10 seconds then this is not a reason for suspension.

For optimization purposes, I recommend improving the speed to have it at 3 seconds or lower.

The issue is that most merchants do not know all requirements. Hence why the common logic is. I have added everything to the site, I should be approved.

While in fact due to the large scope of Google's policies, the issue is that the merchant has not read all policies (understandably due to its size)

My advice, take the time to read all policies.

One more question is if this situation is different 

Do you know (pls clarify it on the answer or other people will give "think" vs "certain?"

 

Ok my footer is with the plus(meaning the things like policies arent on "open mind") vs the other image from another random site which his links is "discoverable"

 

So my question is if there is a must from google to have those links open on my mobile or In general?
