Google Snippet - Homepage Title showing up weird

I have a client. When I search their site on google the following shows up. 

on the back end in preferences it looks like this: 

Does anyone know what could be triggering this and how I go about fixing it? I looked through a bunch of google help center docs but I still can't figure it out.
