Hi,
I would suggest that you ensure your store is well-organized with comprehensive product descriptions and clear, high-quality images.
Also try to concentrate on understanding and reaching your target audience on Facebook, as this often demands a more focused approach. I would also highly recommended to run ads for at least 3 days before assessing their performance.

Hi @Celven

I'm from Mageplaza, a Shopify solution expert. Below are some suggestions to improve your conversion rate:

1. Optimizing the Landing Page

Your website is not converting visitors into customers as efficiently as it should, despite your advertising efforts. While I haven't reviewed your ads specifically, here are some general tips inspired by Databox (their full article has more details). A high click-through rate (CTR) paired with a low conversion rate often points to an issue with the landing page, particularly with weak or unclear calls-to-action (CTAs). You may want to try more direct CTAs like "Buy Now" or "Learn More," which could be presented as a clickable image or a simple button with a brief description.

2. Manage Cart Abandonment Rate

Additionally, a high cart abandonment rate can significantly affect your conversion rates, as it indicates that many potential customers are not completing their purchases. To combat this, a multi-faceted approach can be highly effective:

  • Automated Email Reminders: Set up a system to automatically send follow-up emails to customers who have left items in their carts. These reminders can include personalized messaging about the items they viewed, creating a sense of urgency and prompting them to complete their purchase.
  • Incentivize Completion: Offer special incentives, such as one-time discounts or free shipping, to encourage customers to finalize their order. These promotions can be time-limited to create urgency and increase the likelihood of conversion.
  • Use Exit-Intent Popups: Exit-intent popups can detect when a customer is about to leave the site and trigger a last-minute offer or reminder about their cart. This strategy can help reduce abandonment before it happens.
  • Simplify Checkout Process: Ensure the checkout process is as seamless and frictionless as possible. Minimize the number of steps, offer guest checkout options, and integrate multiple payment gateways to make the experience convenient.
  • Cart Recovery Ads: Retarget customers who have abandoned their carts through social media or display ads. These ads can showcase the specific items left behind, providing an extra nudge for customers to return and complete their purchase.
  • Provide Real-Time Support: Integrate live chat to assist with any last-minute concerns, such as shipping options, payment issues, or product questions.

Addressing cart abandonment from multiple angles not only boosts conversions but also enhances the overall shopping experience, driving long-term customer loyalty.

For more detailed guidance, you can refer to Shopify’s Help Center, which offers a wealth of resources on cart abandonment and customer retention strategies.

I hope my suggestions are helpful, feel free to give me any feedback. Good luck!

Hey there,

I went through your website. I feel the reason could be the landing page. The product description is too long. No one will read so much, so I suggest improving the product description. Keep it direct and to the point so that readers quickly understand the product's information.

Secondly, are you targeting the right focus audience? Are you fully utilizing Facebook's audience targeting and retargeting ads? If you're not then getting conversions on your ads will be difficult.

Also, ensure what is your ad objective. I would recommend selecting 'Sales' as your ad objective.

And those who have clicked on the link and have not made a purchase, I highly recommend using retargeting ads for Facebook

Hope this helps. If possible, can you provide moire information about your ad campaigns?
