GSC found 0 URLs

Hi,

I have created my shop using 'debut' themes- www.clicknpik.com and added the sitemap to GSC (https://clicknpik.com/sitemap.xml). However, GSC reports 'Discovered URLs' as 0.

I am not sure if I have done something wrong or missed a step in the process. Any help and advice will be appreciated.
