Hello everybody

Asking for a friend

We are wanting some ideas to increase sales in shopify. We are small business from India who sell handmade items like cards, calendars, and kids art and school supplies, games, primarily run by all-women community.

We have been on shopify for quite a while now and our sales/reach looks dull. We have a credible social media following with some genuine people showing interest but the conversion isn't satisfactory.

Also the search space in google are often almost populated by ads by bigger brands. Given the fact that our product listing is limited say less than 200, how are we supposed to land our products in new markets for customers. Market saturation is evident, does that mean smaller authentic businesses find no place in the e-commerce space?

We appreciate any advice, to keep us floating.
