Has anybody ever bought an old used Facebook account to use for making a new Facebook ad account

I have had many Facebook accounts and Facebook Ad accounts and they always get disabled. Im sick of having to make fake profiles on Facebook. I really want to get into Facebook ads again and was wondering if anyone has ever bought a used Facebook account just for making a Facebook ad account. If anyone bought one of these accounts could you please tell me  which one you used and how it went. Could you also tell me if your account was disabled or not. If anyone else has any advice on Facebook ads or hiring someone to run my ads Id really appreciate that. Thanks
