have purchased dropshipping and trying to customise the store it keeps taking me back to start.

I've purchased an ecomm product which allegedly will help setup the online store on shopify and select the items etc...I seem to be stuck on the same thing over and over again and every time i try to contact them through all types of communications I'm getting nothing in return. I want to shut it all down and cancel the shopify account but before I do I need communication from this 3rd party. How can I get in touch with them and insist on a full refund.
