Hello - help needed

I need help with discounts, right now we have company discount where each worker can choose one free item from collection, my concern that I don't know how to restrict one item/per person. I noticed people can come back and use this promo once again, so I need to be able track people that already used discount and not allow them do it once again. Can you help me with that?

you have to stop the auto SPRT cause if you dont stop it many will still come and do the same over and over again
