Hello! Indexing issue

Hi! I am wondering why my employer's site is missing a lot of pages from the sitemap. We have around 90k products on our website, but the Shopify count only shows around 75k.

https://www.maperformance.com/collections/all/universal

These two pages contain all of our products on the site, which is about 90,000. 

But when I do the Shopify "count" https://modern-automotive-performance.myshopify.com/admin/products/count.json I only am shown 75,896.

I can't seem to find the reason why this would be. Thank you in advance.

That's my take on this:

https://www.maperformance.com/collections/all 
In total (collections/all) your site got 68370 products. That's Active products

https://www.maperformance.com/collections/all/universal
out of the active products in collection/all that are tagged with 'universal', you've got  21176 products.  Many products overlap.

 
When you do a query /admin/products/count.json, it shows 75,896, which includes Active and Draft products.
