HELP - DISCOUNT CODE AND COMMISION

Hi 

Can anyone please recommend an app that can do the following for me:

If a customer uses CODE1 then the affiliate gets 10% commission (only new customers will be able to use CODE1)

If a customer uses CODE2 then the affiliate gets 5% commission 

Any idea how to set commission based on codes used? I plan to give each affiliate 2 codes as above.
