I’ve been slowly growing my store and working on it.

I’ve started doing Ads on Google as well as Facebook.

Google has by far generated more impressions and clicks.

However, I am still waiting to make my first sale, I’m worried I’m doing something wrong!

Hey! It takes a while to start seeing good performance if your brand is new.

If you share a link to your store I'd love to have a look and share some thoughts & advice.

I work with ecom brands every day helping them grow with Paid Ads - and I've worked with many startups that managed to unlock their growth with the right strategies.

Here are some of the examples: https://www.bluedropstudio.com/ecommerce-case-studies

Even though the market is competitive, but growth is possible, if you are focused on building a brand and advertising it the right way 🙂

Hi @MoxLinkServices

Tons of traffic but no sales is a common sight when you are just getting started with no strong branding yet. Sometimes it can take you couple of months to have your very first order. Just so you know, you're not alone.

Commonly, this can be due to three main reasons:

  1. Your ads may not be reaching the right audience yet. So perhaps give Facebook and Google a little more time so these ad platforms can better learn and understand your campaign, your ad audience. In the meantime, I suggest you keep testing your ads with different ad copies, keywords, etc.
  2. Your product pages are not trustworthy enough. From what I see, your product pages lack reviews, and you don't include a return policy either, so maybe you should work on that.
  3. Your customers don't see the value that makes you different from your competitors (more competitive price, better customer service, etc.) Well, pricing and policies like refund, return are important when customers are not aware of your brand yet.

And by the way, here are a few things I noticed on your site that you might love to improve:

  • The CTA of the hero section on your homepage is overlapping the text of the image (both on desktop and mobile). And the text size is a bit too big.
  • You have 9 items on your menu, which I think is a bit much. Ideally, you should only add around 3-6 items on the menu (and add sub-categories to those items if you want). This will help new visitors better understand what kind of products you offer.

I hope this helps!
