I would run some Google AdWords ads, which will help people discover your store when they search for certain keywords on Google. You may also want to consider Facebook and Instagram ads geared to HR professionals, as I'm assuming these would be the target consumers for your product. You could also do Facebook and Instagram ads to parents with teenage children, as this may be another market for your product. 

You should also consider beefing up your SEO. Providing written resources related to your product will help you rank higher in searches for related keywords.
