Help with automated emails reminding customers to order

Afternoon all!!

Hopefully someone can help with this.

So I have an online shop where people can order and use a discount code to save on shipping, and collect from a collection point near them.

What I would like to do is send a targeted automated email once a week to customers who have specifically used a discount code in the past to remind them to order in time for that week's collection point.

Is there a way to do this,or an app that will sort this for me?

Yes this is possible using the shopify orders api
