Help with my first order from TikTok shop, invalid address

Yesterday I got my first 2 orders on my tiktok shop. I see the orders over in shopify & spocket but both are saying invalid address. How can I get TikTok to show the address to these other places?  I am thinking it's an issue with TikTok and how i set something up.

I too had my first order come in with my customer details missing.  The only data that comes through is the first letter followed by (****) filling in the missing characters.
