Hi SgAO,
Let me help you out.
First of all, did you manually upload your product feed or did you use the Shopify integration on Meta Commerce Manager?
If you're manually adding products to your Meta catalog, there's a high chance of discrepancies.
Or the Meta/Facebook sales channel app in Shopify might not be configured correctly and is causing issues. You may need to disconnect and reconnect your Meta account and catalog. This often refreshes the sync.
How to Resolve Content ID Mismatch?
Go to Meta Commerce Manager > your Catalog > Items. Look at the ID column for each product.
In your Shopify Admin, go to Products. For each product, check its unique Product ID and, crucially, the Variant ID if you have variants.
Meta Pixel Event Parameters: This is key. When your pixel fires a ViewContent,AddToCart, or Purchase event, it sends a content_ids parameter. You need to ensure the value(s) in this content_ids parameter exactly match the ID field in your Meta Catalog.
Use the Meta Pixel Helper Chrome extension on your Shopify product pages and during a test checkout. Click the extension icon and inspect the ViewContent, AddToCart, and Purchase events. Look at the content_ids parameter to see what Shopify is sending.
For Shopify, the content_ids usually correspond to the variant ID. Ensure your Meta Catalog ID field for each product (or variant) matches these Shopify Variant IDs.
Also, for Meta Pixel I highly recommend using an app. A lot of the stuff you do manually can be very complex, an app will resolve this issue completely. Let me know if you want a recommendation for an app.

Hi,sorry for late answer. my feed source is the shopify app.. Now the error disspared ,but the problem is still there, I mean, the content ids of products into shopify doesnt have the same content id with products from metaa. What should I do please?
Go to Commerce Manager > Diagnostics and check the Content ID warnings. It will show you exactly which products are not matching. From there:
Compare IDs in your pixel events vs catalog.
Export both and do a side-by-side match.
I would suggest you use a different product feed app to connect your Shopify store to Facebook. Use an app like AdNabu to ensure the Content IDs in your feed match the format of content_ids sent by your pixel. AdNabu can customize the feed to use shopify_US_{{product_id}}_{{variant_id}}—which ensures a match.
