Thanks for reaching out! That's a great question.

To apply a discount on their 11th order, you need to use an app. Our App Store has many apps, but you can start with the Automatic Discounts & Gifts app. It allows you to discount customers based on their number of past orders and has a free plan available. 

Alternatively, you can send out a special email with a discount code to every customer after they have placed their 10th order. To do that you will need to segment customers by the number of orders. Then, create a new discount code that is applicable to the mention customer segment. Finally, with the help of free Shopify Email app, create a beautiful email template and schedule it for sending. 

Let me take you through the process:

• To create customers segment, head over to Customers section and add a filter where Number of orders is greater than 10. It should look like in the image below. Make sure to save and name the segment.

• Now go to Discounts section and create a new discount code. Parameters of this code are entirely up to you, but in the Customer eligibility section make sure to select Specific customer segments and add the segment you just created in the step above. In this example, I called mine ‘More than 10 orders’ segment.

• Finally, add the Shopify Email app and choose the Discount template, unless you want to create a custom one. Edit all the necessary information and send the email. If you want to schedule or create a campaign, take a look at our marketing guide here.

ok. but i need "after 10 producs buy" (so could be 2 order of 5 for examples)

The suggested app will work, just check the logic if it applies to the overall order or the current order.

I contact the help... and the plug in works only with number of orders not with number of total products.. other options?
