How can I access payment methods in North Iraq / Kurdistan?

I from north Iraq / Kurdistan and there is no way we can use any payment methods. I don't think its fair we have real deal banks we even have other countries banks that have branches here, all the reasons are politic but we as normal people i don't care of any of that i just want to make my own brines in peace. I hope you guys find any how solution for us or people like Iraq. Thanks...
