How can I add a clickable text link in product descriptions?

Hi there,

I'm wanting to add a clickable section in product description where will take the customer to the information that they need when they clicked the link. 
For example I'm wanting to have a clickable title that says Wall Preparation and when the customer clicks that it will take them to a page that I have completed with all the information they need to prepare their walls for wall decals.

I'm only wanting to add this feature to a collection not my whole store.
My theme is Dawn.

I have an example here: 
- In your product description, locate the text you want to make clickable (e.g., "Embrace Timeless Elegance").

- Add an <a> tag around the text you want to make clickable. Here's an example:

<li data-mce-fragment="1"><span data-mce-fragment="1"><a href="your-link-here">Embrace Timeless Elegance</a> with Our Powerful Suit CityLights</span></li>

It doesnt let me pop link in as im wanting to have say Wall Preperation Guide title in the description for customers to click that and it will take them to the page I wrote up with all the infomation.

Did you highlight the text you want to insert a link and click Insert link icon?
