I feel like the answer to this is... don't use Shopify marketing
BUT if I am using shopify, I'd like to know if there is a better way to create segments based on results from campaigns. For example...
I sent out a campaign, and the reports tab tells me who opened, and who clicked. I'd like to be able to easily email the people who opened, and also email the ones who clicked. Ideally it would be best to create custom emails to those two groups to the messaging aligns.
As of now, the only way I can think to do it would be to export the open/clicked list. Manually add a custom tag to all those contacts in excel. Import the file and select 'override existing' option. Filter for that tag, then create a segment from that.
Seems over complicated. Anyone have any other suggestions to do this with Shopify Marketing?
