How can I display customer birthday info on my POS system?

I have Shopify POS for my hair salon
I would like to make customers' date of birth visible, from the moment they pay for a product. That is to say that in the customer details, there is a box where my hairdressers, when collecting, can enter the date of birth.

The objective is to subsequently send promotional emails for birthdays, Marketing.

Currently, Shopify POS doesn't have a built-in feature for adding a birth date field. But, there's a workaround - you can use a third-party app like Customer Fields. This app allows you to add custom fields, such as a birth date field, to your customer profiles.
