How can I edit the newsletter confirmation page on my eCommerce store?

Hello,

I've been struggling with a problem in my shopify store!

Here is the scenario I would like, when someone of my customers subscribes either on the pop-up(Klaviyo) or the newsletter section in the footer, they will receive a discount email from the flow I have on Klaviyo!

The problem I have, When I disable Double-opt-in on my store, the cutomer receives "Confirm your subscription" Email and I don't want that, when I hit active double Opt-in the customer receives shopify default email and I don't want that Either because my store in multi-languages and needs Klaviyo flows to email customers!

I would really appreciate your help as soon as you can!
