How can I export specific solar lead data to Excel?

Hello, I'm setting up a landing page to collect solar leads for my company and I'm trying to figure out how to get specific data to export to Excel. Since I'm not offering a product, the main thing I want to know is what buttons they're clicking. So I can be informed on things, like, what they're currently paying for electric, shading, etc... I get an email when they fill out their name, email, and number thanks to one of the apps I'm currently using, but still haven't found a way to gather the rest of the information I need. Whatever app I come across only seems to allow me to export all the information I don't need, but I DO realize my situation isn't the norm. Any information helps, thanks in advance
