How can I find human consultants for Amazon and Shopify help?

Does anyone know how to reach a human consultant to help with Shopify and Amazon? Shopify Support tells me that they're really only for technical matters. Amazon seller support has me on a perpetual autoresponse email chain. It is funny. I saw an ad for Shopify right after a Technical Support chat on Tv which said "we are here to hold your hand and help you make your business successful every step of the way." They just left out the small print, subject to lots and lots of limitations. Ha. Does the community have a buddy system between similar merchants in similar markets, at similar stages to maybe help each other out or buddy-mentor together beyond a large forum?

Do you want to sync your Shopify products on Amazon?

If so, my advice is to outsource a Shopify to Amazon product feed services (like Feednomics) or Shopify apps like Reputon Amazon Importer and seek consultation from their support team.

Thank you. The only Amazon integration app I saw was CED. I will look for these others.
