How can I fix Google Merchant Center misrepresentation issue?

Hello!

I have had my Shopify store running for about a month and a half and then decided to run ads through Google. I was immediately suspended due to Misrepresentation. 
I have poured through all of my policies and settings and still cannot identify the issue. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There can be many reasons for a suspension. Knowing which one is very hard.

 

The most common is pretending to be in a country you are not.

Missing business details.

Using template images, text, or copied images and or text.

Missing policies

The only glaring issue I saw was that the complete business information (address/phone no.) was not shown in the footer. I added that information and have resubmitted a review with Google.
