Hello, I'm in need of help with my store. I discovered today that my Google Merchant acct was suspended due to misrepresentation. I have had a look at the issues & some of them look quite serious. I have no idea how to fix them & am really worried. Help would be appreciated.

Hi Suzanna, usually misrepresentation can be due to numerous issues. Typically it could be due to insufficient, incorrect or invalid business information and product information provided to Google. Google wants to have confidence that merchants and their products are legit before allowing products to be listed on Google Shopping.
After you provide the essential information, and request for a second review, the account will be reinstated. Here is a video where I go into the details and how to resolve it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YVx8GNFhuHU
Hope it helps!
Hi Suzanna!
I can definitely understand your concern and desire to get this resolved. It can seem like a rather daunting task depending on what needs to be changed on your store.
Can you please share your store URL for us to review as well as the communication you received from Google support about what needs to be addressed?
Also make sure you go through the documentation that Google offers on this topic as there are a lot of areas that you may not realize could be called misrepresentation.

Hi Claricelin,
I got the same issue, tried some way but unluck.
Do you have the service to help me fix this issue?
Thank
Also i have the same misrepresentation issue. Even though i have checked everything thing like policies, product details and business info but still the issue exists. Can you help me solve it.
Account suspension due to misrepresentation can mean a lot of things, you need to check all the possible reasons like policy checks on the landing page. You also need to confirm if you have a dropshipping store, as that can also be one of the reasons.
You can also use an app that can automatically claim and verify your website that is, the Easy Google Shopping Feed app by AdNAbu, which manages your merchant center feed and other advanced features such as Multilanguage, Multicurrency, and Metafields.
You can also get in touch with our experts and request a demo.
Hope this helps.
