How can I fix the unclickable 'Pay Now' button and remove taxes on my store's product?

When a customer adds an item to the cart in my store, the 'Pay Now' button is not clickable, and consequently, the order is not being processed. If the 'Pay Now' button becomes clickable, the order will be placed, but this functionality is currently not working on my store."
I also want to remove taxes on my product.
