SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
Hello, I’ve been driving some store traffic lately but have no sales so today I decided to check analytics only to find out that majority of my traffic (400+) is being drawn from one specific city and in analytics shows as “00:00 session duration”. I’m just wondering if it’s a spam bot, anything helps!
Hey, @TeeSpark
That does sound interesting. It's definitely possible that there could be some bot activity resulting in these short duration bursts. What type of traffic generation have you been doing lately? Are these paid ads on a social platform? If so, which one?
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.

Dear @TeeSpark
From what you describe, I think you did get a spam bot. So, I suggest you implement a CAPTCHA or some kind of form validation on your website to ensure only humans can complete certain actions.
If you integrate your store with Google Analytics, you can also exclude all hits from known bots and spiders by ticking Bot Filtering option under Admin within your GA dashboard.
I hope that this helps!
