Promoting your Shopify store better is the key to driving traffic, boosting sales, and maximizing your return on investment. You have to convert the traffic to sales. You can do this through many strategies.

1. Content marketing
You can promote your store through articles or blog posts, videos, and other forms of digital content.
2. Email campaigns
An email campaign is a sequence of marketing efforts that contacts multiple recipients at once. Email campaigns are designed to reach out to subscribers at the best time and provide valuable content and relevant offers. Using email campaigns allows you to build deep and trusting relationships with your customers. An effective email campaign will help in gather data about subscribers, provide valuable content to customers, encourage customer engagement, drive conversion and increase site traffic, get helpful feedback from customers and build a customer loyalty program. Email campaign includes welcome email, newsletters, transactional emails, etc.
3. Affiliate marketing
Affiliate marketing is a reward-based system that encourages partners to promote your products in exchange for a commission. Anyone can sign up to be an affiliate, though. An affiliate signs up for your affiliate program and sends visitors to your Shopify store through their special referral link, and any sales that you make as a result of their promotion earns the marketer a reward.
4. Google Shopping
With the partnership with Google, Shopify automatically syncs your products and relevant information about your Shopify store with the Google Merchant Center. You can also connect your Google Ads account as well to create Google Smart Shopping campaigns from within Shopify.
5. Facebook and Instagram campaigns
You can try campaigns on social media like Facebook and Instagram.

6. Posting on social media can be a good way to promote your online store and connect with customers. You can create social media accounts for your business to help build your brand, improve your SEO, and increase traffic to your store.

Hi ,

Do you have any advise on how to get started with that.

Absolutely. You generally want a regular posting schedule, posts of about 750-1000 words, headings/subheadings and not too much repetition of your store name, products and keywords. Images with alt text can be helpful as well!

If you choose to use Blog Pilot, it can automate this whole process for you so that you only have to set it up once and then can let it work to improve your SEO while you focus on other things.

Hello there! I noticed that this forum post is quite old, but I'm here to lend a hand if you're still looking for help with your ecommerce marketing. Have you considered using marketing data analytics to help bring exposure to your brand? Social media advertising is still a great way to get your brand in front of a larger audience, and influencer marketing can also be effective in reaching new customers. Additionally, there are many new tools and platforms available now that can help streamline your marketing efforts and make it easier to track your results. One tool that I've come across recently is Coupler.io, which can help with marketing data analytics. I haven't used it myself, but I've heard positive feedback about it. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or if there's anything else I can assist you with.

Hi @JusTechIt

There are many ways to market your store. Some good some bad.

I would stay away from email marketing campaigns as they are now being seen as SPAMMY especially if they are not relevant to the receiver.

One of the best ways is to use your existing customer base and help them become your champions willing to make repeat purchases and foster new sales to their friends.

Staying connected to your customers after the sale is the clue, provide them with Offers & Alerts & Incentives that are relevant and valuable.

By gaining their trust you will build a valuable pool of buyers who welcome your offers as they would be essentially permission-based messaging.

I am not aware of any other APPs other than ours that do this, but I am sure there must be others that you should try. Just make sure that they promote an enduring connection which rewards and incentivises both parties for staying connected.

Here to help.

Delloop solves issues central to eCommerce - lack of repeat sales, costly customer acquisition, low customer retention, friction during pre and post-sales, spiralling service costs and low levels of customer loyalty - all through smarter and more relevant Retailer-Customer Engagement.
