I need some guidance on bringing exposure to my brand.

Absolutely. You generally want a regular posting schedule, posts of about 750-1000 words, headings/subheadings and not too much repetition of your store name, products and keywords. Images with alt text can be helpful as well!

Have you considered using marketing data analytics to help bring exposure to your brand? Social media advertising is still a great way to get your brand in front of a larger audience, and influencer marketing can also be effective in reaching new customers. Additionally, there are many new tools and platforms available now that can help streamline your marketing efforts and make it easier to track your results. One tool that I've come across recently is Coupler.io, which can help with marketing data analytics. I haven't used it myself, but I've heard positive feedback about it. I hope this helps! There are many ways to market your store. Some good some bad.

I would stay away from email marketing campaigns as they are now being seen as SPAMMY especially if they are not relevant to the receiver.

One of the best ways is to use your existing customer base and help them become your champions willing to make repeat purchases and foster new sales to their friends.

 

Staying connected to your customers after the sale is the clue, provide them with Offers & Alerts & Incentives that are relevant and valuable.

By gaining their trust you will build a valuable pool of buyers who welcome your offers as they would be essentially permission-based messaging.

I am not aware of any other APPs other than ours that do this, but I am sure there must be others that you should try. Just make sure that they promote an enduring connection which rewards and incentivises both parties for staying connected.
