Dear Community,
we have a brand new shop for fashion. So our conversion rate is in the moment at 0,83%. Are here any experts which can have a quick look over our shop www.lovjoi.com . Because I do not understand why this conversion rate is so bad.

Hi @Annilov , first of all, here is a pretty awesome guide to conversion rate optimization directly from Shopify.
From looking at your store, it seems that you are based in Germany. Using this nice cvr calculator from Shopify, it seems that you should be expecting a CVR of around 1.54%. If you're a brand new shop, then 0.83% means you're well on the way to achieving that.
The most important part of a CVR number such as 1% is that this means that of every 100 people who visit your website, 99 don't buy instantly. However, they do have high purchase intent because they've discovered your website and have taken the trouble to click on a link somewhere to visit your store. Plus, many of them will have added a product to your shopping cart to check out delivery times and prices etc.
One of the most important things you can do is to capture both first and zero party data as early in the purchase journey as possible.
The easiest way to collect first party data is to include a discount offer on your newsletter subscription popup. Give people 15-20% off their first purchase if they sign up for your newsletter here:
For zero party data, you are using quizzes and other fun ways to gather additional information about shoppers so that you can start to segment them and personalise communications with them.
In either case, first or zero party data, this is gold and you can use in two critical ways:
Anyone who gives you their email or cell number to avail of a discount on your store has clearly demonstrated high purchase intent. By implementing the above two simple tactics you should be able to achieve a conversion rate of at least 10% from those audience which will in turn greatly improve your overall conversion rate.
I hope this helps. All the best!

I would like to give you some suggestions regarding your store.
1. Add the Home page link at the start of the main menu.
2. Add more detailed product descriptions in product pages. The product description should provide visitors with important information about the features and benefits of the product so they are motivated to buy.
3. Add a form in the Contact Us page for better customer interaction.
4. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
5. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
6. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.
7. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
8. The store is showing some content in a different language. Implement multi-language capability for the store or go with one language only.
When your customers search on Google, your product can be found only if Google has indexed the page. Your customers trust Google Search more than Ads. 53% of eCommerce traffic is Search, far greater than Paid Ads & Social Media combined. flareAI works every day for you, tapping into Google Search and 20+ of world's best & biggest free sales channels. Hi @Annilov
I had a look at your store and have a few suggestions that can help you increase your conversion rate:
1. You can try adding some discounts and offers for your customers.
2. You can allow guest checkout, as the majority of customers abandon carts because the store asks them to create an account in order to checkout.
3. You can include limited-time offers such as 'free shipping in order to make the customer complete the checkout process.
4. Have product reviews with customer images that create a lot of trust and make people buy stuff from your store.
Hope this helps

I see the no. of followers on social media is big. You can always try to maximize the funnel and turn followers into high-quality leads through social selling.
It is important not to confuse selling on social media with social media marketing and advertising. Social selling means direct and personal interaction with customers via their social media activity to create a sense of credibility and establish a relationship. Social media marketing, on the other hand, means conducting promotional activities using the company’s social media accounts and building brand awareness that way.
There are tools that help businesses do it such as Chat Breezes - Market, sell & support better for social channels in an omnichannel platform. It unifies social conversations, better enable your marketing, sales or customer service conversations with your customers faster, sell via personalized messaging, and delivers excellent customer service
