Hi there!
I created a store on shopify about 1 months ago about, although I have some views on the site (about 100 views per day), I can't complete a sale.
Can anyone see my store and give me a feedback of something I can improve in terms of people coming in and buying?

Your website looks okay for a standard drop shipping store but where is your traffic coming from ?

Would expect at least a sale per 25-50 visitors so something is stopping conversions. Are you getting add to carts and are you sending abandoned cart emails or SMS?

Hi @Creammy,

This is Richard from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App.

Congrats on your new store! I’ve checked your store, it looks pretty and bet you must have put a lot of effort into it. I just have some suggestions below and hope they’ll be helpful to you.

  • Make a sticky header: Sticky header helps customers easily access menu navigation although they scroll down or up on your page. Customers can also quickly reach the Search field to find products with a sticky header. Your header is taking up a big area now, you could consider removing white huge spacing to make it look smaller. You could refer to this website: https://fentybeauty.com/
  • I’d recommend you add a CTA button your hero banner to encourage visitors to click on and explore more your best-selling products. For example:

  • Testimonials: I noticed you’re using Testimonials on your website to expand brand trust. However, you could consider implementing the testimonials in customer reviews or video testimonials. It is an effective method to drive customer engage and instill trust.
  • When I look at this section, it is quite hard for me to read the sub-header text at first glance, you could try using the semi transparent background color to make the text more noticeable.

Furthermore, you can consider using a page builder app with a Shopify theme made for this niche to enhance your store appearance and increase mobile experience for customers. You can check out the following themes Blum, Sense, Dawn…

Above are my suggestions, hope it will be a helpful solution.

Best of luck!
