How can I integrate a free email collection app with Popper?

Hi all,

I have downloaded popper to enable me to add a pop up or people to input their email to receive 10% discount on first order.

Please could someone recommend a free email collection app that I can integrate with it?

Are we able to integrate the @Shopify email ??

The only options its giving me to "Submit intergration" on the pop up is Mail chimp (which seem to want to charge) and Klaviyo
