How can I link Google App with user consent for GA4 and Ads Conversion Tracking?

We use the Google App for GA4 and Google Ads Conversion Tracking. Is there a way to connect the app with user consent? I haven't been able to find anything about this in the apps so far.

I would like to know that. Google say if we have the consent banner active we don't need to do nothing.
