How can I manually respond to abandoned carts?

Hola a todos en la seccion de carritos abandonados no me aparece la opcion para contestar manualmente los carritos. 

Esta opción es la que no me aparece. 

Lo que hago es entrar a la sección de caritos abandonados y después entro a alguno de los carritos que me aparecen abandonados y no veo la opción enviar un correo electrónico. ¿Como lo puedo activar?

If you're unable to manually send recovery emails from the Abandoned Checkouts section in Shopify, it's likely because your store is using the new abandoned checkout automation. In this setup, recovery emails are managed through automated workflows in the Marketing > Automations section, and the manual "Send a cart recovery email" button is no longer available.

To ensure recovery emails are sent to all customers, follow these steps:

1- Access Marketing Automations:

• In your Shopify admin, go to Marketing > Automations.

2- Create or Edit Abandoned Checkout Automation:

• To create a new automation: Click Create automation > Select the Abandoned checkout template.
• To edit an existing automation: Click on the existing Abandoned checkout automation > Click Edit workflow.

3- Modify Email Recipient Settings:

• Within the workflow, locate the Send marketing email action.
• Click View email, then Edit.
• Next to To:, change the setting from Customers subscribed to email marketing to All customers.

4- Save and Activate:

• Save your changes.
• Ensure the automation is active to send recovery emails as configured.

By adjusting these settings, your Shopify store will automatically send abandoned checkout emails to all customers, regardless of their email marketing subscription status. This approach replaces the previous manual method, streamlining the process.
