Hola a todos en la seccion de carritos abandonados no me aparece la opcion para contestar manualmente los carritos.
Esta opción es la que no me aparece.
Lo que hago es entrar a la sección de caritos abandonados y después entro a alguno de los carritos que me aparecen abandonados y no veo la opción enviar un correo electrónico. ¿Como lo puedo activar?

By adjusting these settings, your Shopify store will automatically send abandoned checkout emails to all customers, regardless of their email marketing subscription status. This approach replaces the previous manual method, streamlining the process.
