How can I modify the Facebook pixel on my sales channel?

I cannot change my associated facebook pixel on the facebook sales channel, when I scroll over the "change pixel" it simply says this cannot be changed? Do i need to close the sales channel and start a new one?

We're facing a similar issue with one of our clients.

So far, we've reached out to Shopify and Meta support with zero luck.

The "change" button is grayed out, and we can't change the pixel that was auto-selected.

You have to close the delete the facebook app from shopify and start a new one to get a new pixel

Reinstalling the app is working 🙂
