How can I reactivate my inactive online store?

Hello There
I've a problem in  my store, Risk Management Mail told me that my store is inactive. i got a mail from shopify  rick management mail me that i have a violation products on my store. i got a ticket number also from that mail.they inactive my store. i have all proper Documents of my Store and my products, If you Want i will give you All Papers . Please As soon as i want to active my store, give me the right guidelines to re-active my store.
