How can I remove redundant description tags from my website?

Hi everyone,

our SEO audit tool has revealed that we have multiple description tags for about 33 pages on our website. These appear to be all of those sites that have manually assigned SEO tags through the app "Smart SEO". 

It appears that our theme "Symmetry" has some issues working together with "SmartSEO". How can we remove those superfluous description tags? For reference our website: graduprint.de

It looks like Smart SEO is adding the description but your theme already has it. I would contact Smart SEO or use another app.
