How can I resolve my Google merchant account suspension?

I initially got a notification that my google merchant account was suspended on the 20th.

I tried to figure out what could be wrong, by removing some * that were in product titles, and I tried to figure out what the problem is and I think I made it much worse.

I started my Shopify with one google merchant account, but last year I wanted to have a more professional business email, and now have that account.

So I suspect I accidentally made two accounts claiming the one url?

I removed the url from the original google merchant account, but that didn't fix it.

Is there a way to fix this mess?

I don't know why I'm doing.

my url is:

This is an accepted solution.

Yes having multiple accounts is a reason for a more serious suspension. If the first account was suspended as well.

Consider removing the second account you created, and resolve the issue in the first initial acocunt.

There is no reason to create a new account just to change the address, all you have to do is add your new email as an admin, then log in with your alternate email and you can delete the other email if you want.

My new email was made with google creative market, dumb question but will deleting the second merchant account also delete that email account?  It is the email I use for my business, this is how I got confused I think.

No, when deleting your second Google Merchant Center account, it will not change anything with your email. These are separate accounts.

Was your first account suspended?

Thank you.  I fixed everything I had blundered, deleted the accidental second account.  Went over everything I could on my website, and as of this afternoon all seems back to normal.  We shall see if it sticks.

Hello @proxartist,

This is Gina from flareAI app.

Yes, there is a way to fix this mess.

Here are some steps you can take:

1. First, check your Google Merchant Center account to understand the exact reason for the suspension. This information will help you to take the appropriate action to resolve the issue.

2. If you have accidentally created multiple Google Merchant Center accounts claiming the same URL, you need to merge those accounts. To do this, you should contact Google Merchant Center support and request assistance with merging the accounts.

3. If you have made changes to your product titles, descriptions, or any other attributes, make sure that they comply with Google's policies. Google has strict guidelines for product data, so ensure that your product data follows those guidelines.

4. If your Google Merchant Center account is still suspended after following the above steps, contact Google support to request a review of your account. They will evaluate your account and provide you with further guidance on how to resolve the issue.

In summary, you should check the exact reason for the suspension, merge any duplicate accounts, ensure that your product data follows Google's policies, and request a review of your account if necessary.

I hope this information is useful.

Unfortunately, there is no exact reason for my suspension, is there ever?

It seems there isn't the more I dig into this issue.

I did have a symbol in two of my titles it may not have liked, I removed those and asked for. review.  that didn't work.

I went through every listing, and fooled around with all kinds of things, and I think in the process I accidentally created a google merchant account in my Google workspace account I set up for my email?  so there's a way to merge the two accounts?

The only other thing that I think may cause an issue on my website is my "SOLD OUT" collection.  I make mostly one of a kind pieces that sell out quickly, so Id hate to have to eliminate this from my landing page.  My customers often browse though these listings to get ideas for custom orders. That would be a loss.

For example, virtual addresses will generally not get approved. Google expects a real address where you are working.
