Hello!
I have had great success with Shopify's Marketing Campaigns. I'm wondering if there's a way to save an email as a PDF, or as a weblink. The reason being is that I'd like to send my marketing email (which is essentially a catalogue of new arrivals) to a listserv.
Thanks in advance!
Kevin
Hi there,
Thanks for the reply. I don't see an option under More Actions to create a link. I've attached a photo of a previously sent campaign as an example. Would love to hear what I'm missing here, thank you!

Hello @rarebooksleuth,

Yes, there are ways to save a Shopify marketing campaign email as a PDF or web link. Here are some steps to follow:
To save as a PDF:
1. Open the marketing email in your email client.
2. Click on the "Print" button (usually located at the top or bottom of the email).
3. In the print dialogue box, select "Save as PDF" as your printer.
4. Choose the location on your computer where you want to save the PDF, and click "Save."
To save as a web link:
1. Open the marketing email in your email client.
2. Copy the URL of the email from the address bar of your browser.
3. Paste the URL into a new email message and send it to the listserv.
Alternatively, you can also use third-party tools to save your email as a PDF or web link. Some email clients, like Gmail, have built-in options to save emails as PDFs or web links. You can also use tools like Zapier, which integrates with Shopify and allows you to automatically save emails as PDFs or web links.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Gina
There are helpful suggestions already in this thread, but let me just add that you can easily capture any sort of online content (even a single line or a paragraph), and turn it into a PDF you can later edit. Also, most DMS tools (here's a list you can check) have a "scan to Word" feature" that lets you capture snippets from physical docs as well, so the app can import them into a PDF file right after scanning. I think such options can help you bring your vision to life in style 🙂
