How can I send an email to my subs about a new blog?

I know this subject has been discussed before but haven't gotten a clear answer.

I want to know how I can send my email subscribers a email notification that I published a new blog? I just came over from W0rdpress and this feature is native and automatic. I am open to third-party apps for this. 

I also have Mailchimp, so if the only solution is to integrate with Mailchimp set up an RSS feed from Shopify then I would like to know how to do that as well.

Should be able to build an automation to do this using our app mesa. Could send the emails directly in our app or also kick something over to the mailchimp api as well.

From what I know, the Seguno Email Marketing app allows you to trigger your email sending when a new blog is published. Install the app and then follow their instructions here to set the flow up.
