How can I set a target country in Facebook Marketing channel settings?

I have just done the setting of the Facebook Marketing channel, however, it does not allow me to put the target country in the last step of the setting

Do you have any advice for me? I have already tried to disconnect and reconnect but nothing works

It sounds like this could possibly be a local browser or cache issue. Could you try the following troubleshooting steps to see if that resolves it?


  • Update your browser to the latest version of Google Chrome;
  • Try clearing the cache and cookies of the web browser you are using;
  • Ensure that you have a strong internet connection - you can try a speed test here;
  • Disable any VPN or IP masking applications if you are using them
  • Try another device, such as another computer or a cellphone.
  • Try on the Shopify Mobile app. This eliminates the web based version of Shopify providing errors. 
  • Try another internet connection (example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.)
  • Ensure there are no pop ups being blocked in the web browser.
