How can I sync an existing website to my account for effective coupon codes?

Hey there, Shopifiers. 

I am a copywriter that is trying to create an affiliate program with my customer so I could send emails to new customers and they could get unique codes for their first purchase.

I have set up a Coupon Carrier account and generated all the codes. However, later I realized that the codes are simply letters and symbols combinations with no value for the website or the customer. 

Could you, please let me know if there is a way I could synch an existing website/online store to my Shopify account, so I do not have to reset everything? The website does not have a Shopify account and I need to do this myself.

So to make sure that I could get working coupon codes as well as track the conversion rate I need to synch the store here. Could you let me know if that is possible?

Just one more thing. Am I checking the right place, as I cannot see the Zapier app in the App store.
