How could I market this type of store? My marketing strategies don't seem to be working.

Hey guys, I just rebranded my streetwear store from www.culturerevived.com to www.labelxstreetwear.com. Our new brand name is Label X, however the core of the website still remained the same - streetwear. However, with the new rebranding, I decided to redesign the entire website. Before the revamp of the site, the site has been up for couple months and receives lots of traffic, but minimal sales, and even when I did get sales they were fraud orders which I cancelled and refunded before a chargeback. Anyways, that either must mean that my store apperance is bad, which I tried to solve by revamping the website. Or it could be that i am not marketing to the right audiences. So for this sort of niche, I was wondering how I could effectively market the site.

On top of that I was just wondering if you guys would purchase from my streetwear store. Please be honest and offer me ideas for improvement. Does the website look too generic compared to all the other streetwear stores? Also, what do you think about the pricing and pictures? Should there be more model pictures wearing the clothes or is it just fine like that? And finally what would be the best way to promote it?

Thank you guys a lot for the feedback! Any additional feedback that you guys can come up with on top of the questions I asked is also much appreciated, because I may have also overlooked some things I may need to improve on!

Hello Michael,

Ian Here, Hope You Doing Great.

I took a quick look at your website and there are a few things I took note of I would like to bring to your attention.

- You have wrapped your H1 tag around different irrelevant texts on your Homepage and these include the Contact Us and Return Policy text which is wrong. Your H1 tag should be wrapped around your most important keyword on your homepage and that can either be your site name or a target keyword.

- In my opinion, you should stick to the models displaying your products. Mixing it up makes me feel like some of the images are generic and I must just not get what I ordered for

- Your website images look sharp until you open a product page. This hoodie looked pretty decent but when I opened the page and saw it displayed without the model wearing it, didn't look as attractive.
I think you should check the image quality as well.

- Finally, I did not see any reviews on your website either. Reviews on an Eccomerce store is a strong reason for consumers to make a purchase. Try getting a review app installed on your store that will gather all your reviews on social media and display them on your site.
I will recommend you try out kudobuzz.  You can easily collect and display customer testimonials and reviews from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp, and Google+.

Do let me know if you have any further questions. More than glad to help.

Cheers
Ian
