How do I change my marketing email from Draft to Live mode?

I am trying to send a marketing email but can't figure out how to take it from Draft to Live mode...?

Do you have any email revenue funnel in your store?

If you have, you can use it to send marketing email

For some reason my emails are not synced with Mailerlite therefore I still cannot use Shopify to send emails
