How do I download customer emails from those who purchased a specific product?

I need to inform these customers of an update of a digital product they purchased. How can I download all the customer emails from a specific product?

I've attempted to run reports (I have advanced), attempted to export based on a search for the product, etc. Even with all the filters I add, it still exports all orders.

How can I download customer emails of those who ordered a specific product?

Hi @kdigitalstudio , I believe the steps are:

Customers >

 Apply Filter >

  Products Purchased >

    (select the products by name/id/tag)

      Select "Product Was Purchased"

You should then be able to see the list of customers in the interface.

Then hit "Save Segment" and you will be able to export.

2. Next, filter the "Product Title" column to search for the specific product you're interested in.
3. Then, click the "Add Column" button to include the "Customer Email" field in the report.

Hello @kdigitalstudio,

You can use MailChimp email marketing service for the same. They allow us to create a segment based on purchasing activity.  Then you can create an instant for the customer who bought the specific products and stores those emails on the CSV file.  In addition, you can send the campaigns to all those emails.
