How do I know which ad drove the customer to my site when purchases are recorded under Re-targeting (ROI Hunter)?

Hi, 

I use ROI Hunter for re-targeting which works well. However as purchases are recorded under ROI Hunter in Facebook, I don't know which FB ad actually drove that customer to my site in the first place. I test mutple ads for the same products and most buyers are through re-targeting. 

If anyone can help on this it would be greatly apreciated.

Great question. Understanding ads and which ads worked best is very important. 

ROI Hunter is a third party app in the Shopify app store. Because of this, Shopify wouldn't have any real access or insight into why or how this is happening. The best advice I can give you right now is to reach out to the team at ROI Hunter directly about this. They have a great website with a direct chat which you can find here, or their primary email address - easy@roihunter.com.
