How do you remove the default brand mention suffix at the end of each product page meta title tag ?

Hi

How do you remove the default brand mention suffix at the end of each product page meta title tag ?

My shopify seems to be adding this as a default (although not including it in the preview box so you dont know its happened unless you view the page meta after creation). So as a result my Title tags are all over the 70 character limit and i now need to reduce them by removing the default brand mention suffix at the end!

Any ideas how to do this quickly ?

Hi Dan,

Sorry about this.

If I may ask, do you have any installed app automated to add shop name to your products? If not, then I advise you check from your Shopify code as that could be the problem source. You would want your website developer to check on this for you if you're not tech savvy.

No not that im aware of , im just using the LaunchPad theme (although i notice it happens in other themes too so seems to be a default shopify setting.

So are you saying yes that is the case and if i want it removed the only solution is to remove the code (or get someone technical like a Shopfiy expert to remove it for me) ?

Preferably though theres a way to remove it via Shopify settings so it dont need to pay anyone or spend alot of time doing it ?

Facing similar issues. Have a default meta tag suffix that I wish to remove/update. Have you been able to find a solution to this?
