For example, pinpointing common complaints like "fragile packaging" and then suggesting updates to shipping policies or product descriptions would be a game-changer.
Writing and optimizing listings is one of the most time-consuming tasks I face. I try to use SEO tools and research keywords, but it’s tough to keep descriptions engaging, accurate, and keyword-friendly all at once.
If your tool can suggest improvements—like “this image isn’t clear enough” or “add more keywords to the title”—while auditing my entire store for consistency, that would save me a ton of effort.
Handling repetitive questions is a daily chore. I already use a basic FAQ section, but customers still reach out for clarification, especially about sizes and availability. I’d also appreciate if it flagged uncommon questions for personal follow-up so nothing slips through the cracks.
