I’ve been working on an idea for a tool that could help e-commerce businesses save time and improve their stores by using AI to handle some common challenges. Here are three areas I’m exploring:

 

1. Customer Reviews:

  • Spotting trends and issues in reviews can be overwhelming.
  • The tool would analyze reviews, group common themes (e.g., shipping delays, product quality), and suggest actionable improvements (e.g., update descriptions to highlight durability).

2. Product Listings:

  • Writing clear, SEO-friendly descriptions is time-consuming.
  • The tool could audit your listings or entire store and suggest improvements for descriptions, images, or even structure.

3. Customer Support:

  • Answering repetitive questions like “What size should I buy?” or “Does this come in red?” takes time.
  • An AI chatbot could understand your product catalog and answer these automatically, while also suggesting products.
