SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
Good afternoon - a first questions which I don't think has been asked before.
It appears that Google have changed the way that they publish their reviews for online shoppers which are collected after the checkout process (Google customers reviews). They have recently changed the sort order of published reviews to 'most valuable to customer' which means that reviews are no longer in date order and this cannot be changed.

We're not a huge multinational with hundreds of reviews so this now looks as though we've not collected any reviews in the past year, they are on pages 2 and 3.
Has anyone else come across this and have a solution that may work?
Thanks in advance for suggestions.
Adrian
That's indeed not good. However that specific page you are showing, is as far as I know not directly shown to customers. That link is only for merchants to test and check the collected reviews.
Hi Emmanuel,
Unfortunately when the Google Review badge is integrated and clicked on the merchants website, this is the page that all customers will see.
That is interesting, I was not aware of that. I recommend sending feedback in Google Merchant Center, as that would be the only way I know to share your complaints regarding this specific issue.
