Hi, on the Facebook sales channel within Shopify, it is showing that my shop is pending review. How long does it typically take for Facebook to review? It's been like over 2 Weeks

Typically, Facebook's review process for shops can take up to 48 hours.

 

However, there are instances where reviews have taken longer, sometimes up to four weeks.


Here are some steps you can take to address this delay:

1. Ensure that your shop meets all of Facebook's commerce eligibility requirements. Non-compliance can result in extended review times or rejection.

2. Reconnect Your Facebook Page. Here's how:
- In your Shopify admin, navigate to the Facebook Sales Channel.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Facebook Page, click Disconnect, then reconnect your page.
- This action can sometimes reset the review process.


3. If the review has been pending beyond the typical timeframe, reach out to Facebook's support team. To do this:
- Log in to your Facebook Business Manager account.
- Navigate to Commerce, then click on the Help button at the bottom left corner.
- Select Contact Support and fill out the contact form.

The Problem is, that I can´t press disconnect!

It took our store a long time.  I can't remember the exact parameters, but you have to have a certain amount of followers and posts, or something like that.  I would dig into the exact requirements,  because they don't tell you outright what they are looking for

Since it’s been over two weeks, I’d suggest double-checking your Facebook Business Manager and Page settings to ensure everything’s linked correctly and meets their commerce policies. You could also try disconnecting and reconnecting the sales channel in Shopify to kickstart the process again.
